Worried over swollen feet and wondering what to do? Here are a few things that worked for me. All these weeks were fine until I noticed my feet swollen last week. It did not hurt but I'm told it is not a good sign.
- One of the first things to do is to reduce your salt intake as much as you can.
- Granny's tip: Boil Barley in water and drink a glass of barley water everyday. This worked like a charm for me. i have to warn you that it doesn't have any taste. So just close your eyes and gulp it down!
- Keep your feet raised. Excess weight of the body during the last few months sometimes is known to cause swollen feet.
- Check with your doctor if the BP is under control.
